Simple Me

Hi! I'm Jenny. Well...I'm pretty simple really.  Mom of 3 girls, 2 boys and one in heaven.  Married 20 or so years to the bestest man ever.  He is my rock.  I converted to the Catholic faith just in time for Y2K, phew, glad the world didn't end. We had our first child in 2000 and our last in 2010.

I love to run, eat, grow things in my garden, and play in my country yard.  My inspiration for this blog is to help others get back to the basics, grow in faith, share some of that college knowledge about health and exercise, and live more simply in a complicated world.
